Young men and young women of Gen-Z don't think like those of us who are older. New thinking can come with particularly good advantages. It could produce national security advantages in business and government if leveraged.
They move much, much faster through their thinking, communication and interface with digital applications. This speed can be a huge asset.
If you put them in the old boxes, you and they will become very frustrated. They cannot succeed in the old ways. We need them, they need us.
Combine beneficial disciplines of the past with functional environments of today, and you have a nuclear powerplant of potential.
