WHEN YOU GO DOWN, WHO DO YOU CALL?
TO KEEP FROM GOING DOWN, WHO DO YOU CALL?
Since 1995, I have seen industrial control systems move from the tail end of actual relays to advanced Rockwell Logix and Siemens TIA platforms. Ignition has changed SCADA, visualization and IIOT in ways no one saw coming.
> Vision systems have come into existence, and what they can do is outright amazing.
> Motion systems have become more capable, and complicated.
> VFD's are used everywhere where now and merged into PLC development environments.
> Ethernet networks are now used at every level in the plant. With this, chaos and terrible build-outs.
> Distributed I/O systems have made new things possible.
Now with digital transformation and industrial AI having blown in, automated manufacturing and process systems have become a jungle. Industry 3.0 -> Industry 4.0......now Industry 5.0 is in the zone.....what the?!?! What does that mean, does it matter, am I able to even understand?? Yes, yes you can.
I could go on and on; I'm sure your plant(s) have quite a mix of this and more.........
You need to get back up running, you need to keep from going down in the first place, you need to modernize & upgrade your systems, you need to expand your systems. My guess is you could be stuck or lack resources to organize what should be done and by who. Maybe you just need a second (or third) set of eyes on it.
The present is more important than the future; here is what we can deliver to master both:
- Training & development portfolio
- Managed rugged workstation, configured for remote collaboration and integration
- Technical information intelligence system
- Rockwell Automation systems, assistive setup and era planning
- System integration planning, guidance and project management
- Breakdown service; remote and onsite response
- Custom workshops, on-demand
If any of that sounds like gibberish, don't worry, it explains well and just means we can guide you, or pass you on to someone else who is a better help than we can be.
Take down the information below. Whether you are down and need help getting back up, or need to get ahead of trouble, call me. Call me if you just want to talk something through. I bring significant experience, communicate fast & consistent, will work well with you and your team and understand what you need and want.

P.S. >>> In the coming months, we will be releasing a training and development program for mechatronic technicians, engineers, shift workers, etc.
The scope and intent is to bring those people who keep complex, multi-era, and multi-discipline factory systems running, up to high performance levels.
If you are interested for yourself or your team, click the link below for more information about the program. The price will go up as it nears completion. You will have access for the lifetime of the course, no matter what stage you join in at.
