The open fields of western Oklahoma have much more going on than some of the pictures would show. Many oil and gas wells exist and so do the plants that convert and refine what comes out of the ground. NGL Energy owned a small refinery that cleaned methonal from NGL’s. The plant also included a system to separate light and heavy fuels from condensate. The work here involved setting up continuous improvement in an open air system and executing the tasks in all types of weather.
